This AUP forms part of Moodio Inc.’s Terms of Service (“ToS”) and covers Input, Output, Search Library, Agent workflows and connected tools. Applicable model-provider rules, including age and consent limits, also apply; stricter rules govern the relevant feature.
You must not:
Exploit or harm minors; create, seek, possess or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors or grooming content.
Create or distribute non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery, including sexual deepfakes or intimate depictions of an identifiable person without required consent.
Impersonate deceptively, fabricate endorsements, defraud, scam, phish or mislead others about a person’s identity, likeness, voice or participation.
Facilitate trafficking, forced labor or exploitation; harass or threaten; promote violence, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, eating disorders, animal cruelty, hatred or unlawful discrimination; create extreme gore or torture intended to shock, or unlawful or materially deceptive content, including unlawful election interference.
Infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality or contractual rights; conduct unauthorized surveillance or disclose private or confidential information unlawfully.
Supply third-party content or use identifiable names, images, likenesses or voices without the rights, licenses, releases and consents required for generation, sharing or publication.
Present medical, legal or financial advice as professional guidance without appropriate disclaimers; use Output for automated employment, lending, housing, insurance or criminal-justice decisions without appropriate human oversight.
Distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, scrape or bulk-extract content, use unauthorized automation or compromise systems or security.
Bypass credits, payments, rate limits, filters, blocklists, likeness protections, output-similarity screens, consent or age checks or other safeguards; re-upload Output to avoid generation costs.
Use multiple accounts to evade restrictions, bans or credit limits; share credentials or API keys outside authorized functionality.
Use the Service, Output or derived data to train, fine-tune, distill or transfer knowledge to any AI or machine-learning system, whether competitive or otherwise, without Moodio’s written permission; reverse engineer or derive source code, algorithms or model architecture, except where applicable law expressly permits activity despite these restrictions.
Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices or source attribution without authorization; circumvent required provenance or AI labels; remove Moodio watermarks unless permitted; violate sanctions, export controls or other laws.
Confirm every Agent generation, review Output and clear required rights. Library reference generation requires lawful rights and provider compliance; do not publicly post Library Content or include it in final productions contrary to ToS Section 6.
Moodio may review content automatically or manually, block or remove content, suspend or terminate access or act under the ToS. We undertake no general monitoring duty; statutory duties remain. Do not evade enforcement or regenerate substantially the same infringing Output after valid takedown, subject to lawful challenge rights.
Report abuse to support@moodio.art. Copyright procedures appear in the Copyright and DMCA Policy and ToS U.S. Addendum Part A. Community Guidelines govern valid non-consensual intimate imagery requests, including removal within 48 hours and reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies within that period.
Appeal an action you believe mistaken within 30 days after you receive notice of the action by emailing support@moodio.art with your account, the action and reasons. We review appeals promptly. This deadline does not limit mandatory rights or remedies.
