These Guidelines apply to public projects and works, community posts, profiles, comments, review links, collaboration, and other sharing through the Moodio Service. They supplement the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy; the Terms govern priority and any applicable Regional Addenda. Users must be at least 13 and, below the legal age of majority, have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission and any legally required authorization. Higher feature or provider age requirements still apply.
User Content sharing settings are private unless you choose to share or make content public, or direct us to share it, subject to the eligible free-plan Output promotion permission in Section 5.5 of the Terms. Workspace administrators and authorized recipients may access or manage shared content within their permissions. Workspace or limited review links do not by themselves make content public. Choose recipients and permissions carefully: revocation can stop future access through that method but cannot retrieve copies already obtained.
Public content access, fork and remix rights, and Moodio's promotion and public-username use are governed by Section 5.5 of the Terms. That Section separately permits promotion of otherwise private eligible free-plan Output, subject to generation-time eligibility, acceptance, consent and historical-content limits; that promotion does not make source projects public or grant other users fork or remix rights. Its protections for private Input, project materials, account identifiers, paid-plan Output (including after downgrades), and enterprise content apply. Law and third-party rights remain controlling; no permission includes Library Content or rights you lack. Publicly displayed content may be copied or indexed.
Before uploading, generating, sharing, or publishing, obtain the necessary copyright licenses, releases, privacy and publicity permissions, and other rights. For a real person’s name, likeness, or voice, obtain all required authorizations for the intended processing, generation, and publication, including any required guardian authorization. Do not assume that AI generation, public availability, a short clip, or low resolution clears rights. Respect provider restrictions and required provenance or AI labels.
When publishing or distributing Output, clearly disclose that it is synthetic or materially altered where required by applicable law or provider rules, or where necessary to avoid materially misleading others about its authenticity, including realistic depictions of people or events. Comply with any disclosure rules of the platform on which you publish and preserve required provenance or AI labels. Disclosure does not replace the rights or consent needed for the content.
Library Content is for permitted reference use under Section 6 of the Terms. Reference materials may be shared with collaborators and clients through permitted features, but Library Content may not be publicly posted, included in final productions, or separately exploited. Generation reference use requires the necessary rights and compliance with law and provider rules; Moodio may block particular materials. Preserve available source attribution and copyright or other rights notices, and credit the original source where known when sharing reference materials. Attribution does not supply permission or clear rights.
Do not exploit or harm minors, including through child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions, grooming, or content that endangers a child.
Do not create or share non-consensual sexual or intimate content, including sexual deepfakes; threaten disclosure; coerce or extort someone; or facilitate such abuse.
Do not impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, dox, or expose another person’s private information without lawful authority. Do not create misleading endorsements or falsely portray a real person’s participation.
Do not promote violence, self-harm, terrorism, violent extremism, hatred, or unlawful discrimination, or create unlawful or materially deceptive interference with elections or civic processes.
Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, trade-secret, contractual, or other rights, or re-upload or regenerate content to evade a valid removal or restriction.
Do not spam, manipulate community engagement, misuse reports, compromise systems, share credentials, or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions. Do not bypass credits, payment, safety filters, identity or consent checks, or likeness protections. The full Acceptable Use Policy and any stricter model-provider rules apply.
Send reports to support@moodio.art or use an available reporting control. Identify the content or account, its location, your concern, and a way to contact you. Report copyright matters under the Copyright and DMCA Policy. Use the separate intimate-image procedure below for non-consensual intimate imagery; a DMCA notice is not required. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive materials or redistribute harmful content to make a report.
If an intimate photo, video, or digital forgery depicting you has been published on the Service without your consent, you or an authorized representative may send a written removal request to support@moodio.art, with the subject "NCII Removal Request," or use an available intimate-image reporting control. You do not need a Moodio account. Consent to creation or private sharing of an image is not, by itself, consent to its publication.
A valid request must include:
Your physical or electronic signature, or that of an authorized person acting on your behalf.
Identification of the intimate depiction and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the relevant link or content identifier.
A brief statement that you have a good-faith belief it was published without your consent, including any relevant information supporting that belief.
Information sufficient to contact you or your authorized representative, such as an email address.
After receiving a valid request, we will remove the reported material as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, and make reasonable efforts within that same 48-hour period to identify and remove any known identical copies from the Service. You do not need to locate every duplicate. This process is separate from copyright notices and does not require you to own copyright, obtain a court order, or open an account. We may seek clarification reasonably needed to locate material or understand a request, without imposing conditions that obstruct a valid statutory request.
We may restrict related accounts or generation features and act on apparent abuse without waiting for a formal request, subject to law. We may contact you about the request or action taken. If you believe a report was mishandled, contact support@moodio.art and identify the earlier request; this does not extend a legally required removal deadline.
Moodio and its providers may review content using automated and manual tools. We reserve the right, without a general duty to monitor all content, to remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts under the Terms. We may act immediately for serious abuse, security risks, infringement, or legal requirements, and may report matters to appropriate authorities where lawful. Nothing limits a statutory monitoring, reporting, or removal duty.
If you believe an action was mistaken, appeal within 30 days after you receive notice of the action by emailing support@moodio.art with the content or account identifier, the action, and your reasons and supporting information. This deadline does not limit mandatory rights or remedies. We may reconsider the action but need not restore prohibited material or permit evasion while review is pending. Any required explanation, appeal, or remedy remains available under applicable law. Termination and financial consequences are governed by the Terms and Billing & Credits Terms.
We may update these Guidelines under the Terms and applicable law. Contact Moodio Inc., 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, United States; support@moodio.art. Personal information in reports is handled under our Privacy Policy.
